Important Notices: 1. The temperature of the water should be between -20 and 50 degrees Celsius. The hydration bladder cannot hold juice, milk, soft drinks, or liquor. 2. Before using the bladder, soak it in warm salt water (30-40 degrees Celsius) for one hour, and then clean it. The salt concentration should be controlled at around 7%. 3. Clean the reservoir with a mild detergent and rinse it thoroughly. Ensure that it is completely dry, both inside and outside, before storing it. 4. Avoid contact with extreme heat/cold, harsh chemicals, and UV light, as these elements can damage the reservoir. 5. Keep the bladder away from sharp objects to prevent punctures. 6. Do not over-tighten the cap to avoid difficulty in opening it. 7. To maintain the best condition, it is suggested to replace the bladder every 6 months.
